Crash Drink

Instead of filling up on yet another coffee try this super delicious and nutritious drink.

Raw cacao powder is rich in magnesium and helps calm the body. The theobromine found in raw cacao has a mild stimulating effect to ease symptoms of depression and fatigue.

Maca is known as an adrenal tonic, hormonal balancer and libido booster! Cayenne increases production of endorphins to the brain.


1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 heaping tablespoon Raw cacao powder
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon maca
Dash of cayenne

1 tsp honey
1 tbsp. Coconut oil (omit if you are on a calorie restricted or low fat diet. Good fats are essential to help pull nutrients into the cells.


1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until well blended.
2. In a small pot over medium heat, pour ingredients into pot and warm.
3. Careful not to overheat. Stir well and enjoy!
